the location proved convenient, as public transportation was easily accessible.. the staff consistently displayed really good kindness and readily assisted with any needs i had. my room was kept super clean and felt very new.

the shower door did not completely close, and there was limited space to hang wet towels.

netflix was available on the tv, and the room had a fresh and comfortable atmosphere, it was also very quiet because the building is located in a safe area. there was a welcome note with chocolates provided.

the staff members were pretty good too, they provided recommendations for local activities, and they assisted with restaurant reservations. the room cleaning was performed to a high standard.

intense stafffaulty shower door

I found the reception staff quite intense. It was a bit much for me. they tried to be friendly, but i felt overwhelmed. the bathroom seemed renovated, yet the shower door didn't shut properly. there wasn't anywhere to hang wet towels, and the shower gel dispenser fell off the wall. It was just glued on. i think it's expensive for what you get. Also the room was a tight squeeze.

Excellent City Stay

The hotel staff was helpful I especially appreciated their assistance with directions and local tips. My room on the third floor was very clean the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included fresh fruit yogurt and a variety of pastries. The hotel is close to the main train station I found the location very convenient for travel.

The shower door in my bathroom did not close completely allowing some water to leak onto the floor.

The hotel boasts a rooftop terrace. I will give them that.

The room was so small I nearly tripped over my suitcase. Housekeeping seemed to ration the shampoo. I even noticed a suspicious stain on the carpet near the bed. It was gross.
